Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Order Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding order placements, pricing inquiries, order status updates, and inventory availability.
- Technical Product Assistance: Guide customers through part numbers and technical product specifications using physical and digital catalogs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Log interactions, updates, and account notes accurately within internal database tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal department leads, production, and shipping teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely follow-ups.
- Email & Inquiry Coordination: Manage high-volume correspondence via Microsoft Outlook to resolve client requests promptly.
