Job Summary
- We are urgently seeking motivated and dynamic individuals for the role of Customer Support Representative / Loan Collection Officer to join our team at our Allen Avenue, Ikeja office.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Make outbound calls and follow up on outstanding loans.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and payments.
- Build and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Achieve set targets and contribute to team goals.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in loan collection (or related field).
- SSCE holders are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is a plus.
- Applicant must have an Android phone or an iPhone.

- Competitive Salary: N80,000 per month.
