Customer Service executive - Projects
Department: Food Testing Laboratory Location: Bangalore Reports to: Project Manager Employment Type: Full-time
Laboratory Testing / Operations / Reporting Results: -
Preparing trend reports of shelf-life projects
Handling projects from registration till disposal including assisting stability loading and pull out of samples (end to end).
Updating customer on the project status and handling complaints if any
Maintain all the records, data, prep sheets, work sheets related to projects.
Maintain impartiality and confidentiality in activities carried out at ALS.
Handling Alims, invoicing
Updating departments for incoming and release of samples
Acquire training in project management, planning, with the capability to lead multiple activities while maintaining a focus on quality.
Acquire the safety training.
