TRUMPF is looking for a Customer Support Engineer in California to help customers get the most from our sheet metal processing and laser technology solutions. In this role, you will combine technical know-how, hands-on service, and customer communication to support machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver a great service experience.
What you will do
- Support customers on-site and remotely with troubleshooting, repairs, and machine performance questions.
- Act as a trusted technical resource for TRUMPF machines, capabilities, and operating best practices.
- Use remote diagnostics and support tools to resolve issues efficiently and keep customers informed.
- Work with applications, engineering, production, and other internal teams to solve technical problems.
- Provide customer training on machine operation and basic repair tasks.
