Customer Support & E-Commerce Specialist

• You will answer inbound customer calls and make outbound calls for follow-up to ensure customer needs are met

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate product, pricing, availability, and order information

• You are going to manage customer orders from purchase through fulfillment, addressing questions, changes, delays, and resolving issues efficiently

• Troubleshoot customer concerns and find practical solutions while collaborating with sales, warehouse, purchasing, and e-commerce teams to keep orders moving

• You will identify potential problems before they escalate and communicate important updates on orders, products, and customers to the team

• Assist with preparing customer quotes and follow up to convert opportunities into sales

• Support the e-commerce team with website, product, marketing, and special projects to enhance customer experience

• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of products, systems, and processes to serve as a reliable resource for customers

• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, retail, e-commerce, or related fields

• Demonstrate confidence in communicating with customers across phone, email, and chat channels

• Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Show attention to detail and take pride in accuracy and quality of work

• Act as a self-starter who takes initiative and knows when to ask questions

• Thrive in a team environment with clear communication and a positive, can-do attitude

• Bonus skills include experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, customer support or ticketing systems, order management, inside sales or quoting, and an interest in digital marketing or sales

Pay range: $20.00 - $24.00 hourly, based on experience
