About the job

Patrono is an operations app for restaurants. Food safety checklists, temperature logs, staff scheduling, food cost and the day's numbers in one place. We're launching in the US and building our founding team there.

What you'll do

• Onboard new restaurants: locations, staff and checklists

• Be the go-to person for owners and managers

• Turn what you hear from operators into product feedback

• Write help content for US restaurants

• What we're looking for

• Experience in restaurants (front of house, back of house or management) or in customer success for a software product, ideally restaurant tech

• Calm, clear and organized

• Comfortable with software

• Nice to have: a food safety manager certification such as ServSafe Manager, Spanish.

What we offer

• Remote anywhere in the US
• Full-time or contract
• Pay: $60,000 to $85,000 base per year, or $30 to $45 per hour as a contractor
• A founding role with a direct line to the founder
