Dit is een unieke kans om ADI rechtstreeks te vertegenwoordigen vanuit het kantoor van een van onze belangrijkste strategische klanten in Amsterdam. Als Customer Success Manager ben je een vertrouwde partner die verantwoordelijk is voor operationele excellentie, de coördinatie van projecten en het opbouwen van sterke relaties tussen beide organisaties.

In deze rol fungeer je als de belangrijkste schakel tussen onze klant en ADI. Je signaleert en lost uitdagingen proactief op, stemt af met verschillende stakeholders en identificeert kansen om duurzame waarde en groei te realiseren.

FUNCTIEVERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN:

• Fungeren als vast aanspreekpunt voor onze strategische key account, sterke relaties opbouwen en een uitstekende dienstverlening waarborgen.
• Activiteiten tussen onze klant en de teams van ADI coördineren om een goede afstemming, effectieve communicatie en succesvolle projectresultaten te realiseren.
• De dagelijkse operationele activiteiten binnen het account beheren en ervoor zorgen dat aan de behoeften en verwachtingen van de klant efficiënt en effectief wordt voldaan.
• Risico's proactief signaleren, problemen oplossen en escalaties beheren om de klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.
• De uitvoering van projecten ondersteunen door stakeholders, planningen en operationele activiteiten te coördineren.
• Kansen identificeren om processen te verbeteren, de toegevoegde waarde voor de klant te vergroten en de bedrijfsgroei te ondersteunen.
• Nauw samenwerken met interne en externe partners om hoge operationele prestaties en een uitstekende servicekwaliteit te garanderen.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

• Aantoonbare ervaring in B2B-accountmanagement.
• Ervaring binnen de elektronische beveiliging, elektrotechnische groothandel, audiovisuele sector (AV), brandbeveiliging, CCTV of technische groothandel.
• Sterke communicatieve, onderhandelings- en relatievaardigheden.
• Een proactieve en gestructureerde werkhouding, met het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
• Zelfvertrouwen in een klantgerichte, commerciële werkomgeving waarin doelstellingen centraal staan.
• Een geldig rijbewijs.
• Nederlands als moedertaal.

• Je hebt oog voor procesanalyse en continue verbetering.
• Je kunt meerdere projecten en werkzaamheden tegelijkertijd beheren.
