About this role

About the Role Microsoft is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager for Enterprise customers in the United Kingdom to help strategic customers realize value from Microsoft products and services and to build strong, long-term partnerships within the CE&S organization. What You'll Do

  • Manage strategic relationships with enterprise customers in the UK, driving adoption, value realization, and successful outcomes.
  • Develop and execute account plans, success metrics, and renewal strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities; coordinate resources across Sales, Technical Specialists, and Support to address issues and accelerate value.
  • Communicate the business value of Microsoft products and services; collect customer feedback and influence product/engineering via the Voice of the Customer.
  • Travel 25-50% as required for on-site meetings, executive business reviews, and customer engagements. What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management serving enterprise/large customers.
  • Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and influence decision-making.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and program/project management skills.
  • Experience in the UK market with enterprise customers is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in hybrid/office environments and coordinating with global teams. Nice to Have
  • Experience with cloud technologies and Microsoft product suites (e.g., Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365). Compensation & Benefits
