About the Role Watts is seeking a highly customer-focused individual to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver timely, efficient support that enhances the customer experience. This onsite role based in Blauvelt, NY reports to the Customer Solutions Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer relations, responding to inquiries and complaints in a professional, timely manner.
- Function as liaison between Customer Solutions and Sustaining Engineering/Reliability on parts issues affecting the rep network.
- Troubleshoot parts questions and provide support to the Technical Services Department as required.
- Support metric-driven efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizens, safety observations).
- Process warranty forms/FYSP; support vertical customers; and analyze warranty trends.
- Participate in ongoing development trainings onsite and externally; contribute to special projects as assigned.
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as directed by the Customer Solutions Manager.
- Demonstrate Watts values in day-to-day actions (Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Transparency).
- Travel approximately 5% as required.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years’ experience in Customer Service.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of PC operating systems.
- Initiative-taking with minimal supervision and a proactive work ethic.
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices; ability to pass background checks and required pre-employment testing.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and satisfactorily complete background checks.
Nice to Have
- 3 years’ experience in Customer Service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and participating in team-based or special project initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $23.00 - $25.65 hourly. USD. Actual compensation depends on experience and qualifications.
- On-site work at Blauvelt, NY facility with standard office environment; on-site manufacturing floor may require PPE as needed.
