What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins
- Proactively recommend relevant upgrades, add-ons, and accessories
- Accurately quote prices and book service appointments
- Keep customers informed on their unit’s progress and any new opportunities
- Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the customer journey
What We're Looking For
- High-energy retail or service sales experience
- Ability to identify customer needs and convert service visits into sales opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort with commission-based incentives and hitting monthly sales targets
