About the Role
Join Amgen as a Customer Solution Specialist for Oncology in North Greece. You will collaborate with the territory and cluster teams to develop and execute POA and key account plans, drive performance, and ensure timely responses to customer needs. You will stay current on industry trends and maintain accurate CRM data to support patient-focused outcomes. What You'll Do

Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans. Achieve POA.

Evaluate progress vs. plan monthly and agree to course corrections with manager.

Contribute to Cluster/Territory Teams; Collaborate to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilities.

Engage with peers and District Manager to learn best practices.

Demonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate.

Identify and gather competitive information.

Follow through on customer commitments and requests in a timely fashion.

Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up-to-date.

Operate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities.

Seek advice and assistance to organize activities.

Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs. Drives own development. What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Minimum 2 years in a sales-related job in Oncology.

Good knowledge of computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office).

Fluency in local language, both oral and written communication. Preferred Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences.

Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management principles.

Exposure to interactions with various disciplines and organizational levels.
