Job Description
- Welcome and assist customers who walk into the store, and recommend suitable products.
- Respond to customer enquiries and messages online (WhatsApp, social media and calls).
- Record orders accurately and follow up so customers are satisfied.
- Handle complaints politely and pass on issues that need a manager.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service, sales or a similar role.
- Good communication skills, in person and in writing.
- Friendly, patient and presentable.
- Comfortable using a phone, WhatsApp and basic computer tools.
- Able to commute to Wuse 2, Abuja and resume immediately.
