Job Description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a proactive Customer Service/Success Representative to join their team. They operate in the thriving e-commerce sector, delivering specialized bulk confectionery products and manufacturing supplies to commercial partners since 2008.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dedicated customer support and account management to build strong relationships with clients.
• Perform timely customer follow-ups to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Process Shopify orders, handle returns, and issue refunds efficiently.
• Maintain and update client data, interactions, and records in HubSpot CRM.
• Utilize communication tools, design software, and AI solutions to optimize client engagement.

Requirements

• Proven background in customer service, success management, or account handling.
• Direct hands-on experience using Shopify to manage orders and refunds.
• Proficiency in managing customer relationships through HubSpot CRM.
• Familiarity with business tools including RingCentral, MS Office (Outlook, Teams), Canva, and AI technologies.
• Strong proactive work ethic and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills for professional phone interaction.
• Ability to independently navigate order management systems and support workflows.
