About the Role As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support daily supply chain operations for selected customers. You will be in close contact with production sites, logistics partners, and customers, helping to ensure smooth delivery processes and accurate planning. This role is ideal for candidates who want to grow in customer service and logistics in an international environment. What You'll Do
- Supporting daily communication and coordination between production plants, logistics partners, ADC, and customers
- Processing customer orders and monitoring schedules against agreements
- Supporting inventory monitoring, cycle counting, and stock take activities in cooperation with ADC
- Escalating issues and supporting the resolution of deviations in delivery planning
- Assisting in the preparation of logistics concepts and supporting RFQ processes (data collection, cost calculations)
- Managing basic customer inquiries and logistics complaints under supervision What We're Looking For
- Education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant work experience in customer service/logistics
- Experience in supply chain or customer service roles, ideally in manufacturing or automotive industry (2-3 years)
- Basic knowledge of supply chain processes (order management, inventory, logistics flows)
- Good analytical and organizational skills, willingness to learn and take on more responsibility over time
- Fluency in English (minimum B2)
- French language skills are a strong advantage
- MS Office proficiency; first experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus
- Team-oriented personality with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
- Flexibility to align working hours with an international team, with core hours typically around 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Occasional flexibility for earlier hours is possible Nice to Have
- French language skills are a strong advantage
- First experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus
