Job Summary
- We are looking for a Customer Service & Social Media Executive who can combine excellent client service with strong content and social media skills.
What You’ll Do
Customer Service:
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients before, during and after their photography sessions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries across approved communication channels.
- Follow up with clients, confirm bookings and provide relevant session information.
- Support clients through the photo selection and feedback process.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM as required.
- Ensure every client interaction reflects the warm, professional Kosoko Pictures experience.
Content & Social Media:

Manage day-to-day social media activities across our platforms.

Create and coordinate engaging content around our baby and newborn photography services.

Capture behind-the-scenes moments, studio activities, client experiences and relevant content.

Write captions and develop content ideas that align with the brand.

Schedule and publish posts consistently.

Engage with comments, DMs and online enquiries professionally.

Monitor content performance and provide simple weekly reports/insights.

Stay updated on relevant social media trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in Customer Service, Social Media, Content Creation or a similar role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service mindset and emotional intelligence.

Good writing and content creation skills.

Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social platforms.

Creative, proactive and detail-oriented.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced studio environment.

Good understanding of Canva and basic content creation tools.

Experience with CRM, Google Workspace or similar tools is an advantage.
