Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Support Officer to manage customer interactions, process orders, and support daily sales operations. The ideal candidate should have experience handling online sales via WhatsApp and Telegram, be highly organized, and be comfortable working independently while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and Telegram.
• Handle customer orders from inquiry to confirmation.
• Confirm customer payments and accurately record orders using Google Sheets.
• Manage and update customer order status, ensuring timely communication.
• Post products daily across designated WhatsApp groups to drive sales.
• Sort and organize goods to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate sales and order records.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and order reports.
• Meet assigned sales targets and support the achievement of factory Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) goals.
• Take clear, attractive product photos for marketing and sales purposes (professional photography experience is not required).
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, online sales, or order management.
• Hands-on experience handling sales through WhatsApp and Telegram.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets for record-keeping.
• Strong written communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable posting products consistently in WhatsApp groups.
• Sales-driven with the ability to achieve set targets.
• Good smartphone and internet literacy.
• Good photography skills for taking quality product pictures (professional experience is not required).
