Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and other channels.
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up on leads, abandoned carts, and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Process orders and coordinate with relevant departments for timely delivery.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Update customer records and activities on the CRM system.
- Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- ND, HND, or B.Sc. qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service, Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
