Job title: Customer Service / Sales Associate - Hertz Rent A Car (Cape Town International Airport)
About the Role Key focus of the role is providing excellent customer service and increasing revenue on a daily basis at our Hertz Rent A Car - Cape Town International Airport branch in Cape Town, South Africa.
What You'll Do
- Handle rental check-outs and identify sales opportunities to grow branch revenue
- Manage standby and changeovers between rentals
- Check in rented vehicles and prepare them for the next customer
- Prepare vehicles for rental and ensure vehicle presentation and cleanliness
- Support Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives to measure and improve customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (Code 08)
- Previous customer service or car rental experience advantageous
- Cars+ system knowledge advantageous
- Own reliable transport
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to show initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
- Meticulous / pay attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of different vehicles (automatic and manual)
- General housekeeping of the branch and vehicles
- Able to work within a team environment in high-pressure solutions
- Strong written and oral communication skills
