About the Role The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and driving daily revenue growth at the Hertz Rent A Car Mahikeng branch. You will engage customers, process rentals, and contribute to branch profitability while maintaining high service standards.
What You'll Do
- Rental check-out – sales opportunity
- Standby and changeovers
- Check in of rented vehicles
- Preparing vehicles
- NPS monitoring and related responsibilities
What We're Looking For
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (Code 08)
- Own reliable transport
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Basic knowledge of automatic and manual vehicles
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure team environment
- Self-motivated, reliable and confident
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem solving skills to handle and resolve customer complaints & queries
- Meticulous / attention to detail
- Cars+ system knowledge is advantageous
Nice to Have
- Previous customer service or car rental experience advantageous
