Who We're Looking For

• Any Undergraduate (10+2)/ Graduate/ Postgraduate is eligible to apply.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in data processing, data entry, backend operations, insurance operations, document verification
• Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Candidates with excellent written communication skills and the ability to process information accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
• Comfortable working 5 days a week from the office with 2 rotational week-offs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review and process customer-related documents and records with a high degree of accuracy.
• Validate information, update databases, and maintain accurate records as per process guidelines.
• Research and verify information from various internal and external sources.
• Identify discrepancies, perform quality checks, and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contacts to obtain required information when necessary.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while adhering to established processes and service-level agreements.
• Accurately document activities and maintain process compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing feedback and process improvement suggestions.
