Job Description

New Launching Accounts | First Waves | Highest Net Salary in the Market (Salary Increase)

Sutherland Cairo is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our team in New Cairo. We offer a professional, people-first environment that supports growth, stability, and long-term career development.

• Technical Support (Telecom Account): Up to 20,800 EGP (Including 15% KPIs)

• Technical Support (Telecom Account): Up to 20,800 EGP (Including 15% KPIs) + incentives

• TV streaming service (Customer service): Up to 21,500 EGP (Including 15% KPIs) + incentives

Location: New Cairo

Full-Time | On-Site

English Level: B2 or above
