Job Overview

At The Living Room, YellowDoor Hotels’ fine-dining restaurant in Wuse 2, you’ll help guests feel looked after from their first enquiry through their next visit. You’ll be the main contact by phone and online, working with the restaurant team to deliver attentive, accurate service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
• Manage reservations, preferences, special requests, and guest records accurately.
• Resolve routine complaints and escalate refunds or serious concerns promptly.
• Follow up before and after visits to support repeat bookings.
• Share guest requests and feedback with the restaurant team.
• Assist guests on-site when needed.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience
• Guest communication
• Reservation accuracy

• Measurable guest-service impact
• Phone, WhatsApp, and social-channel guest support
• Reservation and guest-record management
• Booking and special-request accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Fine-dining or luxury hospitality experience

• Salary Range: ₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month

• Work Arrangement: On-site in Wuse 2; rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
