This opportunity is suited to professionals who can combine strong communication, problem-solving, account management, and customer relationship skills in a structured, performance-driven environment.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with:
- 3–5 years of customer service experience in BPO, banking, telecommunications, or call centre environments
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Experience working with CRM systems and structured customer service processes
- Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Professional experience handling international clients
- Banking or financial services experience is an advantage
- Mandatory: Certificate of Good Conduct and a clean CRB record.
