About the Role As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Aspen Kralich - State Farm Agent, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of the agent’s insurance business. You will assist customers by answering inquiries, processing claims, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth operations. What You'll Do
- Answer inquiries and process claims while maintaining accurate records
- Provide outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with clients
- Support the State Farm agent team in daily operations and customer interactions
- Ensure data integrity and attention to detail in every task What We're Looking For
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries effectively
- Previous customer service experience preferred Compensation & Benefits
