About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will support a State Farm Agent team in Horsham/Jenkintown, PA by handling inquiries, processing claims and maintaining accurate records to deliver excellent community-focused service. What You'll Do
- Answer inquiries from customers and policyholders
