About the Role Join Tom Conklin - State Farm Agent as a Customer Service Representative. You will support client policy inquiries, assist with policy changes, and process claims while maintaining accurate records to help the agency deliver strong service to the Farmington community. What You'll Do

- Maintain organized documentation and records
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
