About the Role
A Customer Service Representative will support Sales, Move Coordination and Dispatch to ensure a successful move from sale through delivery, billing and claims. The role is remote with a competitive salary and benefits package, and opportunities for career growth.
What You'll Do

Support colleagues from Sales and Operations in day-to-day sales duties

Data entry: order entry and new shipment registration

Sales appointment setting and customer quotations (over the phone)

Assist sales team with customer follow-up and information gathering as it relates to new and existing customers

Process requests for payment, change orders and shipment document preparation

Interact with other departments on an occasional basis including operations, billing and accounts payable

What We're Looking For

English language proficiency is a must

Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Excellent follow-up skills

Able to multi-task
