Customer Service Representative
The Concierge will serve as a primary point of contact for residents and guests, providing a professional first impression, answering questions, and helping maintain a pleasant and inviting clubhouse atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome residents and guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the clubhouse front desk.
- Answer questions, provide general information, and assist residents with requests.
- Deliver a high level of personalized, attentive service consistent with a luxury hospitality environment.
- Prepare and set up coffee and other designated refreshments at the front area.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception space.
- Provide general front desk assistance and respond to resident needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Use basic computer applications to support daily front desk responsibilities.
- Collaborate with clubhouse staff to help ensure a positive experience for residents and visitors.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of customer service experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional, polished, and presentable appearance.
- Strong customer service instincts and a welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to provide attentive, high-quality service and anticipate customer needs.
- Basic computer skills.
- Dependability, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude.
