Our client, a well-established and growing logistics company in Brisbane, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-hire opportunity. Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
• Assisting with order management, shipment updates, and service-related requests.
• Partnering with internal teams to support daily logistics and customer operations.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in internal systems.
• Supporting administrative tasks and contributing to overall team success.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service is required.
• Knowledge of or prior experience with industry-specific processes or qualifications within logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or a related field is highly regarded.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen, understand, and communicate clearly and concisely.
• Proactive approach with strong organizational and time management skills.
• A sense of urgency and willingness to help by offering practical solutions.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in growing with the company.
• Must be local to Brisbane.
