Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions and order processing. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing high-volume communication, and ensuring requests are handled accurately and efficiently. The role involves responding to inbound inquiries, making outbound follow-ups when needed, and entering order details with a strong focus on service quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer calls and provide timely, attentive assistance for questions, requests, and issue resolution.

• Place outbound calls as needed to confirm details, provide updates, or follow up on open customer matters.

• Enter customer orders into internal systems with careful attention to accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain clear records of customer interactions, order activity, and next steps within the appropriate tools.

• Coordinate with internal teams to address service concerns and help ensure prompt resolution of customer needs.

• Communicate product, order, or account information in a clear and courteous manner.

• Monitor open requests and take action to keep customer issues moving toward completion.

• Previous experience in a customer service role handling phone-based support.

• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with order entry or similar transactional data input responsibilities.

• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach.

• Solid attention to detail with the ability to enter and review information accurately.

• Comfortable using computer systems to document interactions and process customer requests.
