Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy transport operation in Honolulu, Hawaii. This Contract position focuses on creating a welcoming experience for customers, handling check-in activities with accuracy, and responding to questions with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable managing day-to-day customer interactions while helping maintain smooth front-line operations. This position requires onsite work, so Hawaii residents are preferred.
Responsibilities

Welcome customers upon arrival and guide them through the check-in process in a courteous and efficient manner.

Confirm identification, reservation details, and other required information while entering accurate records into company systems.

Answer questions about available services, site amenities, and local points of interest, providing clear and helpful guidance.

Address service concerns quickly and professionally, resolving routine issues independently and referring complex matters to leadership when needed.

Monitor customer access areas and report safety concerns, unusual activity, or potential hazards to support a secure environment.

Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure service areas and customer-facing facilities are prepared and maintained properly.

Recognize opportunities to recommend additional services or upgrades that improve the customer experience.

Maintain detailed documentation related to customer visits, transactions, service interactions, and incident reporting.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or a related field is an advantage.

Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in hospitality, transport, or another fast-paced service setting.

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to assist a diverse customer base.

Basic computer proficiency and the ability to enter and manage information accurately.

Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and remain detail oriented during busy periods.

Sound judgment in handling customer concerns and knowing when to escalate issues appropriately.

Commitment to delivering courteous service while following established procedures and policies.
