We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support order management and client communication for our apparel manufacturing operation in Bayshore, New York. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative tasks with responsive customer support in a fast-paced office setting. The person in this position will help ensure orders move forward smoothly while maintaining strong coordination with customers, sales partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer order entry with accuracy and urgency, ensuring information is complete and properly recorded.

• Act as a primary point of contact between clients and the sales team to keep communication clear and organized.

• Work closely with internal departments to coordinate order activity and address issues that may affect fulfillment.

• Monitor open orders and proactively follow up on delays, changes, or special handling needs to support timely completion.

• Respond promptly to customer questions by phone and email, providing clear updates on order progress and next steps.

• Maintain organized records and perform administrative support tasks that contribute to efficient daily office operations.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related office-based role.

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally while delivering helpful and timely service.

• Experience coordinating information across customers, sales contacts, and internal teams.

• Solid administrative office skills, including managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills in a fast-paced business environment.

• Proficiency with basic computer systems and standard office software used for order tracking and communication.
