We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a non-profit organization in Madison, Wisconsin through a Long-term Contract opportunity. This position focuses on delivering helpful, timely service to callers while accurately processing customer information and orders. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a call center setting, handling a steady volume of inbound interactions, and providing attentive support across multiple customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls with empathy and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Enter orders and customer details accurately while maintaining organized and up-to-date records.

• Assist individuals with questions, requests, and service-related concerns in a clear and efficient manner.

• Manage high-volume call activity in a structured call center environment while meeting service expectations.

• Place outbound calls when follow-up is needed to confirm information, resolve issues, or provide updates.

• Document customer interactions thoroughly to ensure continuity and accurate account handling.

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment.

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism.

• Strong data entry and order processing skills with close attention to accuracy.

• Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively to customer needs.

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service.

• Reliable organizational skills and the ability to keep detailed interaction records.
