- Shift: Night Duty only — 5:00pm to 7:00am
- Clinix Healthcare is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and reliable Customer Service Representative for night duty.
- The successful candidate will deliver an excellent patient experience, handle enquiries efficiently, and support smooth front-desk operations during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to patients and visitors professionally and courteously during night duty.

Handle enquiries received in person, by phone, and through digital channels regarding services, appointments, test results, and other healthcare offerings.

Register patients, schedule appointments, and coordinate front-desk activities.

Provide accurate information on tests, packages, payments, procedures, and available services.

Receive, manage, and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues appropriately.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation.

Liaise effectively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless night-shift service delivery.

Uphold Clinix Healthcare’s standards of professionalism, confidentiality, customer service, and patient care.

Ability to work night shift (5:00pm – 7:00am, Monday to Friday) consistently.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage patients efficiently.

Good computer literacy and familiarity with reception/front-desk systems.

Strong team spirit, positive attitude, and sense of responsibility.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.

Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic centre, clinic, or healthcare facility.

Completed NYSC.
