Your Benefits

secure job and permanent full- or part-time position (30+ hours/week)

permanent employment contract in Thessaloniki with 14 months’ salary

€1,350 gross per month for full-time positions + performance-based bonus and project-based sales commission

an additional €6 net per workday on the Ticket Restaurant Card

paid training (for full-time employees) in German, led by the project’s own specialized training team
Your Tasks

on-site customer service via phone and email

solution-oriented handling of inquiries and product advice, depending on the project

high service quality and customer satisfaction through active listening, targeted follow-up questions, clear information and appropriate offers

very good written and spoken German

proficiency with computers and software applications
