Job Summary
- We are looking for a calm, responsive and customer-focused customer support Representative to coordinate communication between clients, riders and the company.
Responsibilities
- Contact riders to confirm deliveries and follow up on orders.
- Call clients to provide updates on their orders and expected completion times.
- Handle complaints and frustrating situations with patience and professionalism.
- Ensure smooth communication between the company, riders and customers.
Requirements

HND/ B.Sc in any related field of study.

1-2 years experience in customer service or customer support is an advantage.

Ability to handle phone calls confidently and professionally.

Patient, calm and respectful when dealing with difficult or frustrated riders.
