Job Summary

We are looking for a calm, responsive and customer-focused customer support Representative to coordinate communication between clients, riders and the company.

Responsibilities

• Contact riders to confirm deliveries and follow up on orders.
• Call clients to provide updates on their orders and expected completion times.
• Handle complaints and frustrating situations with patience and professionalism.
• Ensure smooth communication between the company, riders and customers.

Requirements

• HND/ B.Sc in any related field of study.
• 1-2 years experience in customer service or customer support is an advantage.
• Ability to handle phone calls confidently and professionally.
• Patient, calm and respectful when dealing with difficult or frustrated riders.

Salary

N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
