Role and Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end order management process and customer communication to ensure accurate order processing, high service level (OTIF (ON TIME IN FULL)), and effective issue resolution, using SAP as the primary system.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and manage customer orders in SAP (order entry, confirmations, changes, cancellations).

• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse/3PL, Logistics, and Sales to ensure on-time and in-full delivery (OTIF (ON TIME IN FULL)).

• Proactively inform customers about order status, lead times, allocations, and delivery changes.

• Manage delivery-related issues (shortages, damages, delays) and coordinate claims/complaints with relevant teams.

• Support invoicing accuracy by ensuring correct order data (pricing, Incoterms, ship-to, tax details) and resolving discrepancies.

• Maintain customer master data requests and ensure data accuracy in SAP (as per internal controls).

• Monitor backlog, blocked orders (e.g., credit blocks), and follow up with Finance/Sales for resolution.

• Prepare and share regular service KPIs and operational reports (backlog, OTIF (ON TIME IN FULL), claims).

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, approval rules, and documentation retention requirements.

• Experience and Skills

• Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar).

• 2+ years of experience in B2B customer service / order management (manufacturing or chemicals is a plus).

• Strong working knowledge of SAP.

• English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Skills & Competencies

• Strong customer focus, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.

• Cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

• Strong Excel skills; reporting mindset
