Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Ellasot Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable organization for a customer-focused and sales-driven Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, promoting products, driving sales, managing customer inquiries, and supporting inventory control to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and business growth.

Attend to customers professionally and provide accurate information about products and services.
Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and actively drive sales.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and report shortages when necessary.
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Support product displays, promotional activities, and other sales initiatives.
Prepare basic sales reports and perform administrative duties as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
Proven ability to generate sales, promote products, and achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
A professional attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Key Competencies:

N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
