About the Role Linde Canada Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Customer Care Associate to coordinate referrals, verify eligibility and funding, and set up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services. This role combines inside sales and customer service duties, supporting Territory Managers while ensuring accurate customer data and timely order processing.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate telephone referrals, verify eligibility criteria and appropriate funding, and set up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services.
- Receive and process client orders via phone or walk-in, address inquiries, and handle showroom/walk-in sales.
- Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data; maintain ongoing accuracy of customer information.
