Customer Service Representative / Customer Care Associate

About the Role Linde Canada Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Customer Care Associate to coordinate referrals, verify eligibility and funding, and set up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services. This role combines inside sales and customer service duties, supporting Territory Managers while ensuring accurate customer data and timely order processing.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate telephone referrals, verify eligibility criteria and appropriate funding, and set up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services.
• Receive and process client orders via phone or walk-in, address inquiries, and handle showroom/walk-in sales.
• Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data; maintain ongoing accuracy of customer information.
• Support Territory Managers by balancing inside sales and customer service duties to help achieve targeted sales budgets.
• Collect payments to keep customer accounts current and track orders in JDE to confirm delivery and billing; perform daily cash reconciliation and prepare bank deposits.
• Ensure all outgoing mail is sent daily.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills; safety-conscious.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with both existing and new customers and knowledge of growth/development areas in home care sales.

Nice to Have

• Retail sales experience (preferred).
• Strong computer skills (asset).
• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP systems (nice to have).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 46,960 – 48,000 USD per year.
