Job Description
Turkish Content Moderator - Amman Review, investigate, and moderate user-generated content in Turkish, including text, images, videos, and other media formats. Enforce platform policies and community guidelines consistently and accurately. Identify content that violates policies and take appropriate moderation actions. Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to established procedures. Maintain productivity, quality, and accuracy targets while handling content queues. Stay up to date with policy changes and moderation guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to support operational and quality objectives. Handle potentially sensitive content while maintaining professionalism and objectivity.
Qualifications & Skills Native or near-native proficiency in Turkish (spoken and written). Good command of English (minimum B1 level preferred). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to make objective decisions based on defined guidelines. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with internet-based platforms.
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, trust and safety, or related fields. Experience working in multilingual environments. Familiarity with social media and digital platforms.
Work Environment Ability to review content that may be sensitive or graphic in nature. Work within a structured, performance-driven environment. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
