Animal Doctors of South Tampa is looking for a full-time personable and skilled Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! We are a walk-in only clinic serving the Tampa Bay area delivering wellness and vaccination care, critical care, dentistry and a variety of surgeries. As the primary point of contact at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every client interaction—whether over the phone or in person—results in a positive and memorable impression. Your ability to create a welcoming environment and deliver exceptional service will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Scheduling:
- Answer calls and emails promptly with professional, friendly service
- Schedule appointments based on client needs and veterinarian availability, including forward booking
