Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and compassion

• Answer phones, texts, and emails with professionalism and a positive attitude

• Schedule appointments and help keep the hospital running smoothly

• Check clients in and out and process payments

• Maintain accurate client and patient records

• Assist with prescription and medical record requests

• Recognize urgent concerns and quickly involve the medical team

• Help create a calm, organized, Fear Free environment

• Support your teammates and jump in where needed

• Provide compassionate support during both happy and difficult moments

• You should be comfortable multitasking, communicating with clients, learning new technology, and staying calm when things get busy.

• Previous veterinary reception experience is preferred, but exceptional customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is also valuable.
