We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join the team as full-time, on-site Customer Service Representatives based in Ajah, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent customer experiences.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Typing test of 40 WPM (mandatory).
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Applicants should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
