Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Akinyele, Ibadan.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be vital in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

This position requires fluency in both Yoruba and Hausa languages, along with a strong ability to handle pressure and a commitment to customer satisfaction. The role is specifically for female candidates aged 30 and below.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum of HND/BSC in a related discipline.

Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Ability to handle pressure and stress effectively.
Enthusiasm for building relationships with customers.
