- Bachelor’s degree or HND required (NYSC completed or exempted)
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Background in customer service, airline operations, hospitality, or related fields (airline/aviation experience highly desirable)
- Proven track record in complaints management and service recovery
