Job title: Customer Service - Life Insurance

About the Role You are part of the Business Life team within the Customer Service Life department. You will be responsible for proactive management of the portfolio of second-pillar products (PLCI-EIP-CPTI). You will respond to questions from DVV and Belfius agents and continuously expand your knowledge to deliver top-tier service to our partners and clients.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for complex cases, handling them in a customer-focused way in close collaboration with intermediaries.
• Be responsible for drafting and following up on offers and policies.
• Take proactive initiatives to optimize and improve existing procedures.
• Promote a culture of constructive feedback, ensuring feedback is given and received in a respectful and valuable way.
• Ensure Belfius and DVV agents receive excellent service.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the insurance sector.
• An affinity with life insurance and investment products, including technical calculations related to life insurance.
• Ability to work autonomously and flexibly with strong analytical skills.
• Precise, organized and proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Team spirit and enthusiasm to continuously improve the organization and service through close collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Extra points for: Bilingual Dutch/French; basic knowledge of life insurance products; proficiency with common IT tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
