Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Respond professionally to customer requests and complaints.
• Schedule and follow up on customer appointments and service requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
• Follow up with customers after services to ensure satisfaction.
• Support the team with administrative and customer service tasks.
• Communicate customer feedback to the relevant team members.
• Assist with preparing reports and maintaining service records.

Requirements

• HND, B.Sc., or equivalent qualification in any relevant field.
• NYSC members and other interns are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused and friendly personality.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to use WhatsApp and other communication platforms professionally.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
