We are looking for a motivated Customer Service/Inside Sales specialist to support revenue growth while delivering an excellent customer experience in the Hermitage Area, Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, evaluating sales opportunities, and keeping a fast-moving pipeline organized from first contact through order entry. You will work closely with internal partners to strengthen outreach efforts, support prospective buyers, and help convert interest into business results.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer and prospect inquiries, gather key details, and direct viable opportunities to the appropriate sales contact.
- Assess leads from phone and online channels to understand business needs, evaluate fit, and prioritize follow-up activity.
- Present products and solutions through virtual meetings tailored to each customer's goals and operating requirements.
- Develop productive relationships with new and existing clients by providing timely communication and dependable follow-through.
- Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to refine messaging, support campaign efforts, and improve market outreach.
- Help build and update sales support materials, including call guidance, process documents, and team playbooks.
- Prepare sales orders accurately and maintain complete records of customer interactions, pipeline activity, and status updates.
- Use Salesforce and related tools to track leads, document progress, and support consistent pipeline management.
Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, business development, or a closely related role.

Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

Experience working in Salesforce environments or similar CRM and sales automation platforms.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust, ask effective questions, and guide conversations toward next steps.

Solid organizational and time-management skills, with close attention to detail in data entry and order processing.

Background in business-to-business sales or customer support is required.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience supporting industrial, capital equipment, or technology-related sales environments is an advantage.
