Job Overview

  • We are looking for a poised, articulate, and dependable Customer Service & Front Desk Associate to manage front-of-house operations and client communications for our boutiquestudio in Ikeja.
  • In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients—welcoming guests, coordinating appointments, answering inquiries across phone and WhatsApp, and ensuring the front desk runs seamlessly.
  • The ideal candidate is naturally well-spoken, attentive, calm under pressure, and carries a neat, professional presence without overdoing it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Reception & Experience: Warmly greet clients on arrival, manage check-ins, and maintain a quiet, orderly, and pristine reception lounge.
  • Booking & Inquiries: Promptly manage client inquiries, bookings, reschedules, and follow-ups across calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Basic Social Media Oversight: Monitor incoming DMs and comments across social platforms to route booking requests to WhatsApp/the booking system (collaborating with our remote digital team).
  • Payment & Daily Records: Process card/transfer payments, log daily appointments, and reconcile daily service logs.
  • Operational Coordination: Liaise between arriving clients and therapists to ensure appointments start strictly on schedule.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of an HND (Higher National Diploma) or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent, well-spoken, and articulate in written and spoken English, with a courteous, warm phone manner.
  • Front-of-House Demeanor: Naturally calm, polite, and mature; understands boutique client privacy and professional boundaries.
  • Tech & Digital Literacy: Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets/calendar tools, and a basic working understanding of how Instagram/TikTok messaging works.
  • Punctuality & Proximity: High commitment to punctuality; must live within a realistic, easy daily commute to Ikeja.

Salary

N120,000 monthly.
